Welcome Landen Charles Warren

I know that it has been awhile since I posted. I have been very busy as you can see for those of you that didn't know we were expecting. I also had some technical difficulties the last time I tried to post. So this is our new bundle of joy. He was born December 4th at 1:30pm. He was 8lbs. 1oz. 20.5 inches. He looks just like Reece's baby pictures except he has lighter hair. Reece and Braxton just love him to death and want to hold him all the time. Mommy is doing well adjusting to 3 boys! It was my easiest labor so I am healing well and starting to get some energy back. Hopefully I will be able to keep updated better now that my wonderful hubby got me a new laptop for xmas that he gave me early! Happy Holidays to all!

T-ball in full swing

Reece has started his first year at the Little League. He no longer has to play sports at the YMCA since he is going into school. He thinks he is big stuff now. He still doesn't care for having to use the tee (prefers to hit from pitcher)but its only for this summer. Next summer he will be in coach pitch. He thought it was pretty funny that he got to be catcher for an inning in his last game.

Ft. Myers Beach Photos

We had a great vacation the first full week of April. The boys loved the beach and going to play minature golf. Enjoy the photos.

Easter

BubbleShare: Share photos - Play some Online Games.

Here are some of our photos from our Easter activities. The boys had a blast at the church easter egg hunt and visiting with the Easter bunny. Then we colored eggs at Nana and Papa's house.

Braxton Goes to the ER!

Last Friday night was a very scary night at the Warren house! I was on the treadmill trying to get rid of this fat gut for our vacation and the boys decided to come down and tattle on each other. I told them to go back upstairs with daddy because I was working out. Well, Dave came down to get them and told them to go back upstairs as well. Dave continued to stand behind me talking (the treadmill faces the wall and the door is behind the treadmill)and Braxton decided to start playing with a ball he found. Well his ball bounced over behind the treadmill and when he went to get it he pushed it under the treadmill. He reached in to get it before Dave could stop him and all I heard was screaming from Dave and Braxton. I quickly grabbed the key that stops the treadmill and jumped off and Dave lifted the treadmill up so it was off of Braxton. I freaked out!!! I was so scared I just grabbed Braxton and held him so tight and started crying. He was in shock and was shaking and not answering us and was starting to get lathargic. He also was not moving his arm. So we took him to the emergency room. After cleaning up his abrasions and doing some xrays we found out that nothing was broken and that his wounds would just have to heal on their own. He ended up with really bad burn to his arm, his ear, and a few on his back. We were really lucky!! Braxton was such a trooper at the hospital. He did so good that the doctor gave him a lizard beanie baby. He thought it was so cool and he also left there with 14 stickers. Needless to say we are all doing well and the door to the treadmill gets locked. He is doing good and his wounds are healing nicely. He tells everyone "me ball under treadmill, treadmill eat me!" So learn from our mistake, treadmills should be kept far away from children!!! I also think someone is telling me I shouldn't work out! ha ha That Darn RED HAIR!! Braxton has been to the ER 3 times in his short 2.5 years, just to let you know Reece has not ever been to the ER in his 5 years of life. I sure hope this pattern doesn't continue for Braxton, or I will surely be gray by 40!!!

Dad's Night at Preschool

Reece had a great night when he got to take Dave to his school and have a special dad night. They played with Floam and created a turtle, ate donuts, and decorated a plate. Dave was not happy that he was the only Dad there with a camera because his wife is a "scrappin queen", but mom was happy to have some great photos of their evening together!

Old Man Winter Strikes AGAIN!!!

Well, even though we are all ready for spring, the big guy is not!! We got hit again with the big snow last night and it is continuing on today. School was closed again, which means Kristi reschedules her patients and takes the day off!! It stinks to have a job that requires a lot of driving in the winter time. So the boys and I took full advantage of our SNOW Day. We shoveled the driveway for the second time (Dave did it before he left for work), we went sledding down our big hill in the front yard, had a snow ball fight, and built a fort. Oh and of course Braxton had to taste the snow. He said "mmmm this good mommy!" We all came inside and enjoyed hot chocolate with a smore snack. Hope the rest of you are getting closer to spring than we are. The Warren family is ready for our spring break to Ft. Myers Beach (4-5-08)!

Indoor Soccer

Since it took me so long to get the basketball pictures up we have already started indoor soccer. This kid doesn't miss a sport! This is a picture from the first game last week. It is the only good one I got since the ball is moving so much faster than outdoor it is hard to capture. Reece was really tired after the game from all the running after the ball. It didn't help that he has a cold from all the lovely weather changes we have been going through here. And Yes we got pounded with more snow for all of our friends missing the snow in Cinncinati, maybe you should come visit!!! We have plenty to share!

Building Blocks

Braxton got a set of homemade wooden blocks from Uncle Phil and Aunt Cathy for Christmas. He really enjoys building big towers and then of course he has to knock it down. Thanks Uncle Phil!

Snuggle Bugs

Some mornings it is a struggle to get the boys out of bed and out the door on time. This was a morning that they just wanted to stay in bed. Braxton started to get his jammies off and then decided he would rather climb in mommy and daddy's bed with his big brother ReeRee(that is Braxton's name for Reece, it is so cute!)

Basketball Star

Reece played on a basketball team at the YMCA from November until the first of January and I never got any of his pictures posted so I am finally doing it now. He did so well with the older kids and it was such a good learning experience for him. He loved every minute of it and can't wait until basketball season next year! He was able to score every game, and I just love the way he looks to the stands to make sure I saw him!

Playing in the snow

On New Year's Day the boys wanted to go out and play in our 13 inches of snow. They had a blast sledding down our front yard, throwing snowballs, and just jumping in the snow. Braxton didn't care for the wind blowing snow in his face!

New Year's Eve Fun!

We got hammered with snow on New Year's Eve. We were at my parent's house watching the IU game and realized how bad it was getting outside and Dave said lets go NOW! We got home and the boys were sleeping so we decided to get a jump on our terrible driveway (anyone who has seen it knows how steep it is and it is a mess in the snow). As Dave and I were shoveling at 10:30 at night on New Year's Eve I thought this is crazy so I started a snowball fight with him. We did finish the driveway and then decided to have some more fun and made a snowman. We had a blast! The boys woke up on New Year's Day and were so suprised to see that "Frosty" had come to their house! Hope everyone has a wonderful new year!
